Elemental Chi Kung

What is Elemental Chi Kung? 

Chi Kung or Qi Gong (pronounced chee gung) is an ancient Chinese form of slow movement/exercise that promotes the flow of chi (vital energy within the body)..

There are many clinical research papers that discuss the merits of Chi Kung and how this can significantly help chronic conditions such as osteo-arthritis, back pain, stress release, postural tension and more.

The secret to Elemental Chi Kung success lies in the mind-body connection and the focus on the breathe allowing chi to freely flow throughout the body. 

Did you ever read the book Jonathon Livingstone Seagull, written by Richard Bach? In it you may recall Chiang said "... where your thought goes, energy flows..." That to me sounds like Chi Kung.
