Our young people seem to be struggling with anxiety, stress and feel threatened with the pressures of today.

Cyber bullying, social media in all forms, news media coverage of global disasters not seen in earlier generations are having a negative impact, as well as expectations to excel or conform to the 'norm'.

If they are finding it hard to cope, you may see changes in behaviour or emotions such as anger, frustration, or they may 'shut down', become withdrawn and try to deal with it silently.
