I have predominantly used Amazon as you can look inside the book to get a feel if the content is right for you.
You Are How You Move - Experiential Chi Kung by Ged Sumner (Ged is a highly experienced Chi Kung teacher and integrates mind and body in a way that makes this easy reading and also easy to apply.)
Don't Sweat the Small Stuff ... and it's all small stuff by Richard Carlston, Ph.D (Sadly Richard passed away at the age of 45, though his wife is carrying on his good work - http://kristinecarlson.com/my-story/)
Mastery - The Keys to Success and Long-term Fulfillment by George Leonard (Applies to any area where you are looking to apply mastery in your life. George uses the zen philosophy and his expertise in the martial art field.)
You Can - Eight Choices for a More Rewarding Life by Myan Subrayan (Endorsed by New Zealand's Mark Inglis who became an amputee at the age of 25 and went on to become the first double amputee to conquer Mt Everest)
How to Get What You Want and Want What You Have by John Gray (Interesting that Oprah Winfrey asked John to speak on his book for an entire episode on her show)
Ancient Wisdom for Modern Health by Mark Bunn
Success Through a Positive Mental Attitude by Napoleon Hill & W.Clement Stone (An 'oldie' though a 'goodie.' My copy is falling apart from plenty of use and although it is a 1965 edition, there have been may more editions and reprints since. Well worth the read and taking action.)
Being Happy - A Handbook to Greater Confidence & Security by Andrew Matthews (Definitely one of my favorites that is simply written with quirky illustrations that are bound to put a smile on your face.)
Molecules of Emotion, The Science Behind Mind-Body Medicine by Candace Pert Ph.D (a neuroscientist and researcher in mind-body medicine), scientifically identified molecules called neuropeptides which are essentially chemical carriers. These molecules are the communication or language between the mind, body and emotions. A very interesting read.)
